Van Demark, in Tyre, after an illness of but three days, of paralysis. Miss Cuddeback was born June 5, 1834, and has always lived in Tyre. Her father was one of the pioneer settlers of the county and was always prominent in all matters that pertained to the interests of the community. Miss Charity imbibed the same progressive spirit and by her kindly acts so won her way into the affections of the people with whom she came in contact, that her death will come to them as a personal bereavement. She is survived by one brother, Daniel Cuddeback, and one sister, Mrs. W. L. Van Demark, at whose home she died. The funeral was held from the house at 11 o'clock this forenoon."
